The Board of Trustees has decided to send out these “Leadership Memos” once a week to communicate with Eliot leaders about the Governance changes that are being recommended.
The Board is submitting a set of By-Law revisions to the Congregation at our Annual meeting in May, 2004. These Memos will give you the background and justification for those revisions, as well as informing you of other Governance changes. We will try to keep the memos relatively short while giving the information needed.
We recognize that not all Eliot members are interested in this level of detail, and are planning on sending the memos to those who have been most involved in leadership. However, the congregation is being notified of these memos, and anyone may sign up for or remove themselves from this list by e-mailing .
