"New U" is an introduction to Unitarian Universalism and the meaning of Eliot Chapel for you. Ministers, lay members and class share thoughts and information, with your questions creating an important part of the experience. "New U" is particularly interesting and helpful to those who may seek more involvement and membership in Eliot Chapel.
Register for a "New U" class in Visitors' Corner or through the Chapel office. The schedule and content for each class is the same: 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., and includes lunch and refreshments. Child care may be available if requested two weeks prior to the class date you choose.
Several breaks and lunch period will provide time for getting acquainted, as will the interactive nature of much of the four hours of presentation, discussion and topical interaction.
Beyond the "New U" orientation class, there will be more in-depth classes on UU offered on other dates, plus invitations to events to facilitate social interaction.
