The Personnel Committee responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop consistent descriptions of Eliot Chapel full and part time positions.
- Define and execute a process for staff performance evaluations
- Recommend raises for staff
- Define a consistent, equitable recommendation for employee benefits
- Maintain and update the Employee Manual
- Other tasks as required by the Board
