The Personnel Committee responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop consistent descriptions of Eliot Chapel full and part time positions.
  • Define and execute a process for staff performance evaluations
  • Recommend raises for staff
  • Define a consistent, equitable recommendation for employee benefits
  • Maintain and update the Employee Manual
  • Other tasks as required by the Board
