Eliot Singletarians

WANT AN ALTERNATIVE? Sure reading a good book is a nice way to spend a Friday evening, but sometimes you want something a little more social. For those 21 and older, Eliot Singletarians offers fun and friendship—activities suggested so far include movies, concerts, plays, camping, bowling, pot-luck suppers, hiking, Habitat for Humanity, ice skating . . . The list goes on—from the enlightening and cultural to the physical and purely escapist. Here’s how to find out more:

  • Check our space on the bulletin board outside Adams Hall.
  • Email Cara Sanning at or Kelly Birmes at .
  • Join us for “Second Sunday Lunch Meeting.” This occurs each month (on the second Sunday, obviously) at Culpepper’s at 12:30 pm.(312 S. Kirkwood, Kirkwood, MO).
  • Attend a Quarterly Meeting in Adams Hall the last Sunday of each quarter. (For 2007: March 25, June 24, September 30, December 30)
  • Join us for Unofficial Lunch most first, third, and fourth Sundays after the second service. Find us in Visitors’ Corner by 12:15. When possible, we’ll have details in the Order of Service and/or on the bulletin board.
