The Board of Trustees met for their monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 19. We started by celebrating the March 3 vote and Reverend Krista becoming our new Settled minister!

We approved 6 new members since the last meeting.

Sue presented the Treasurer’s report, and the January financials looked really great. She also announced that the pledge drive is off to a strong start. Sue is working on putting together a Finance team/committee. The Board will work on a job description for that group before the next meeting.

Carole gave an update on how the three-year rolling plan is progressing. She was able to meet with Krista and the staff last week to get their input. The goal is to have this plan ready to go for the new church year, and everything seems to be well on its way.

The Board continues to fine tune the new minister evaluation process and anticipates completing those documents at either the next meeting or the following one.

Finally, the Board began discussing preparations for the Annual Congregational Meeting. Mark your calendars for May 19! Communications to come!
