Who: Anyone interested in watching the eclipse and doing fun science experiments

What: Eclipse party and BYO picnic lunch. 

Science experiments and activities will be sponsored by Metro East UU Congregation. We have some eclipse glasses but if you have your own, please bring them. We would also encourage you to bring your church name tag to connect with other UUs. Bring your own food and beverages, and lawn games to share! We will get there, set up and do some science, watch the eclipse, then hang out and wait for traffic to thin while learning more about the natural world. Depending on traffic, we might go somewhere in Carbondale for dinner. This is an all ages event.
